Gates and accessible entry
TD Place says Gates 1, 2 and 3 are open for 67’s games. Gate 1 has ramp access and is designated for guests with limited mobility, and the Accessibility Team is stationed there. TD Place says Gate 2 is typically its quietest gate for guests who prefer a calmer entry. For 67’s games, Gate 1 is the designated drop-off and pick-up location, including Para Transpo and taxis. The arena elevator is at Gate 1, and TD Place lists accessible seating in Arena Sections 13 and 17 and General Admission. Gate details for every TD Place event: TD Place gates guide.
Bags, food and payment
TD Place’s Know Before You Go page says all bags are inspected at entry and that clear bags are highly encouraged; guests with a clear bag enter through Express Lanes. TD Place says the bag policy can change by event and points to the upcoming events page for details. All guests go through security screening at every gate, according to TD Place’s accessibility page, which also says outside food and drinks are not permitted; exceptions for allergies or dietary needs need written approval from Guest Experience at least 48 hours before the event. TD Place is cashless and takes debit and credit cards.
Getting there
TD Place says its free transit offer covers all tickets for Ottawa 67’s games, on all OC Transpo routes, from three hours before to three hours after the event. OC Transpo’s TD Place page says transit is free for all TD Place event ticket holders, who show their event ticket to the operator, a customer service representative or the fare-gate video chat, and that Para Transpo fares are included in the event ticket. OC Transpo says Routes 6 and 7 travel to Lansdowne every day, not just for special events. OC Transpo’s page does not state the three-hour window; that figure is from TD Place.
