Lansdowne Park Construction Activities Update, Week of June 2, 2014

The fire alarm system in the stadium will be tested late Friday afternoon. Residents in the area may hear some of these alarms as they could be broadcast through the stadium speakers. The testing will take a couple of hours to complete.

On Saturday, there will be some activity at the west end of the stadium field as the steel structure for the scoreboard is installed.

Next week there may be some work on Bank Street overnight for one or two evenings to finalize utility connections.
This activity will have minimal impacts to traffic. As well, the contractor plans to pour the concrete pad for the skating rink in the western area of the park early next week.

Some activity later in the day may be required in order to finish the concrete properly.
